Pet care experience
I'm a special education teacher in Wilmington, NC. I have been a pet owner my whole life and grew up in a family of animal lovers. I have grown up with my twin and older brothers...and of course the family dog and cats aka my "furry siblings! " I understand the importance of the safety, well being, and happiness of our fur babies and how they truly are a member of the family. I am responsible, punctual, and promise to keep your babies Safe and happy for whatever it is you may need. As a dog & kitty mom, I know the kind of person I would want to watch my babies! Emily has watched my pets numerous times. She will come over as many times in a day as I ask her to! Not only does she feed them, but she stays for a while to play with them so they aren't lonely. She is very responsible and dependable. I would recommend her to anyone who needs someone loving to watch their pet.
Emily is a trusted individual to be a dog caregiver. She is very comfortable with all types of dogs as she grew up with them and has developed a strong affinity to ensure they are well taken care of. She is extremely responsible and takes pride in doing the job to best of her ability. Emily will make sure your dog(s) will be content in your absence.
Emily Elgin is a very responsible, special education teacher that loves dogs. I find her to be a dog lover that is totally trustworthy, and a creative problem solver. Perhaps some of this training comes from her full time, schoolyear position dealing with children who have severe disabilities.

I take my dog different places all the time to keep it interesting! We frequent Smith Creek Park and Carolina Beach. Other activities include but aren’t limited to- Playing fetch, belly rubs, walks, tug of war, treats (if allowed), conversation :) and lots of hugs and kisses.
