Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Emily, and I’ve been caring for animals my entire life. I’ve lived with dogs, cats, birds, and I even raised a baby squirrel. I’m very companionate towards animals and enjoy taking care of them. Because I want to become a Zoo Educator after college, I need as much official experience with animals as possible. My family and I currently have 4 dogs and 3 cats (two of which we are fostering). Additional animals in the household are not an issue, for example if you have a bunny or a snake that you wish me to take care of. My schedule is very flexible and open to change. I am a college student waiting to go off to University of South Florida in August and need to save up some money before I go!

EMILY WAS GREAT! She went above and beyond when caring for our dog Atlas. Additionally, she handled a complex medication delivery that I received while out of town. Upon returning home, it was obvious that she had given Atlas plenty of attention and walk time. He was calm and happy!
Emily has been trusted with our family pets (2 dogs, 1 cat AND an outdoor dwelling domesticated squirrel we raised). Emily has watched and cared for our home and animals a few times and is amazing. She walks them twice a day, plays outside with them and, of course feeds them all....including our squirrel! She is extremely trustworthy and honest. Highly recommend her services!! Mike & Candy S.
I have known Emily her whole life, and I have never known a person more compassionate towards animals. She has taken many birds to BEAKS, rescued a baby sea turtle, and hand raised a baby squirrel to be let go when he was able to live on his own. She is responsible, punctual, well mannered and LOVES al kinds of animals!
Emily has cared for my 4-yr old lab several times and has done an outstanding job. She has stayed in my home with him while we were out of town and walked, fed and tended to his every need. I am also a dog walker and have had her fill in for me on numerous occasions. She is very responsible, dependable and the dogs absolutely adore her.

A typical day
Depending on where you live, I can take them around your neighborhood or to the nearest park. If you are alright with me taking them in my car, I can also go places outside of walking distance like the beach. If you would like, I can also do doggy play dates with my dogs. They are very friendly and you are welcome to meet them before you allow your dog(s) to meet them! If I take them to the park or the beach, I can bring balls and other toys to play with them.
