Good Afternoon! My name is Emily and I am excited to work with you on meeting all the pet needs that you may have. A little about me: I grew up in central Texas raising pigs and cattle through 4H and FFA- lots of long nights nursing piglets and calves back to health! I attended Texas A&M in Kingsville Texas where I got my Bachelors of Sciences in Animal Science. My undergrad work was focused on livestock and small animals. Throughout high school and undergrad, I watched animals of all shapes and sizes--dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, even a kangaroo! After undergrad, I moved to Washington to pursue a job in Biomedical Research on the Vet-Staff team. I moved to Kodiak Island in 2020 and have recently relocated to the Anchorage area with my family. I am looking to find a few clients to offer exceptional pet care for. I am able to offer dog walks, dog drop-ins, and overnight care. I am able to give shots, oral medication and topical.
