Confident experienced dog lover
Pet care experience
Hiya! I have lots of experience taking care of animal; dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, farm animals, and even exotic animals. I have never not lived with multiple dogs, and have worked with animals in my professional career as well. I have worked at a grooming salon, a doggy daycare, humane societies, and at different exotic animal rescues. I am confident around dogs of all sizes, and have a deep love for them. I have two dogs at home. One is a COVID rescue who had no prior human socialization and is sweet but scared named Paimon, and the other thinks she's a little queen, named Chubbs. Paimon LOVES other dogs while Chubbs does not.

Thank you!!!
Emily went above and beyond to help us when our cat had a medical emergency while we were out of town. She provided detailed information on our cat’s symptoms and behavior. It was amazing that we could rely on her to be our eyes on the cat when we couldn’t be. Emily even messaged to check in on how Sneakers was doing once we got home.
Emily did a great job with our dogs. She was willing to stay at our house over the holidays. Emily has good communication skills and sent us frequent updates. We will definitely be booking Emily again.
Emily was incredible: she took great care of our pups and our home while we were gone. She was a true professional and incredibly attentive: asking all the right questions from our very first conversation, sending photos and keeping us updated on the status of our pets while we were gone, and even checking in to make sure we got home safe. We hope to work with her in the future!

Safety, trust & environment
I take all precautions seriously. I follow the instructions and advice left to me by the owners. Even if a person has a fenced in back yard, I do not leave an animal unattended. If the dog is crate trained, I will make sure they are safely crated before leaving the home. If they are not, I still make sure the area is safe and there is nothing the dog could easily get into. For dogs this is food, things to chew on, cleaning products etc. For cats this also includes string which can be super dangerous for cats. I also stay in contact with owner, and am not afraid to ask questions or alert someone if I am worried the animal is acting abnormally. I say its better to ask, than to have a situation get worse. I have a dog who gets along extremely well with other dogs. He has no desire to be the boss, and is more than happy to be the submissive one during play. If the owner has a dog friendly dog, I may ask if I can bring my dog Paimon along. He just loves loves loves to play with dogs. If I do ask, and you are uncomfortable with me bringing him, please don't worry about saying no. Your comfort is the first priority.
Information Emily E. would like to know about your pet
I have zero breed preferences, I have confidence that I can handle any type of dog. I have a soft spot for bully breeds and rescues who need a little extra love.
A typical day
We will go on walks around your neighborhood, but if it's allowed or requested, I am more than happy to and would love to take your dog to dog friendly trails for nature walks. If you have a yard we will fetch, catch, and chasing games. I love a dog who loves to play, just as much as I love a dog who loves to cuddle.

When I am watching your pets, I am there in the morning, then head to work, and then come right back first thing after work.
