Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs in the home at all times. I began training them when I was younger and found that I’m naturally good at it. Loving structure and consistency has helped. Treats help too of course :)
Reviews
Emily took great care of Sunny during our holiday trip! She sent pictures and you can tell Sunny was treated well.
Emily is so kind and gave Rocket an amazing stay!
Emily was great! Helpful, responsive, and a great sitter for our difficult dog. Would definitely recommend her!

I prefer to do three walks per day to get your pet out and about, but I’m mindful of limitations here. I have an upstairs unit so this may be a concern for older larger dogs. I don’t take pets from separate homes, so this could be a positive opportunity for dogs that don’t get along with others. I don’t prefer animals on my sofa, but I’m happy to provide sheets/blankets on my sofa to allow for snuggles and hang outs. I don’t allow animals to sleep with me in my bed. Due to living in an apartment community, I cannot facilitate animals experiencing vocal separation anxiety. With that said, I do have Sunday/Monday off and would be happy to stay with your pet throughout the day, but other days may be a concern.

Information Emily D. would like to know about your pet
If they cry/whine/bark while left alone for extended periods of time. I do have to be mindful of my neighbors and this is a deal breaker if your pet experiences separation anxiety with these symptoms.
A typical day
Three walks per day. Depending on the pet, I can provide other stimulative activities. I prefer not to go to dog parks until I’ve established a more clear understanding of the pet.

I do work in the evenings close to my home for no more than 6 hours. 3-4 nights per week. This allows me to do two evening feedings and walks.
