I worked in the pet care industry for 4 years, gaining experience in training, reading dog behavior, administering medication (including insulin injections) and understanding what makes a dog go home happy and healthy at the end of every stay. I also fostered dogs in my home for two years and have worked with all sorts of personalities and socialization preferences. I decided to care for pets out of my home instead of staying in the pet care industry because it allows me to spend more time with my own pups and provide individual attention to visiting pups left in my care. We have a spacious fenced in back yard for dogs to play in. If your pup is social they will enjoy romping with our goofy resident Golden who loves making new friends. If they prefer the company to people instead of dogs we can accommodate letting them have their own separate space away from our dog and give them individual playtime in our yard. We can also go for walks around the neighborhood - we live in a quiet suburban community that makes the perfect environment for calming daily walks.
