Hi! My name is Emily. I am a big animal lover. Dogs have taught me so much about patience and unconditional love. I take the time to read about different dog breeds so I am better prepared and more knowledgeable about the needs of your dog. I enjoy reading about different training techniques because every dog responds differently to commands. I am constantly aware of my surroundings when out with any dog, including my own, to make sure I keep us both safe.

This was the second time we had Emily drop in for visits with our dog while we were away. Everything has been wonderful each time. The communication is great, we love the pictures and updates that get sent with each visit, and when we come back the pets all seem to be very happy.

I am very flexible with what you as the dog owner will prefer. I do have a very friendly 4 year old Labrador Retriever. She loves playing with other puppies and dogs and is very well-behaved. I am willing to travel to take care of your dog. I have lived in Hinckley, Strongsville, Boston Heights, and currently live in Middleburg Heights so I am very familiar with many safe, pet-friendly parks. I am also happy to play and walk your dog in the area where your home is located OR if your dog is more of a lounger, maybe he/she prefers to lay in the sun I would be glad to do that. It is very important for me to provide the exact care your dog is already comfortable with to help your dog be even more comfortable with me.

A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs on hikes and walks. Some of my favorite places to visit are Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Hinckley Reservation, Bath Nature Preserve, and the all purpose trail in Cleveland Metroparks (Storngsville area). My dog likes to play with her soccer ball so if your dog enjoys playing fetch I can do that as well.

I am currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to take care of your dog. I do have a dog of my own, which has helped me understand that dogs have their own routine just like we do as humans. I keep very organized and flexible as possible to meet the needs of you and your dog.
