Pet care experience
I am a Pre-Cert Clinical Animal Behaviourist (MSc), an On-call Animal Nurse Assistant at an emergency veterinary hospital and a reliable, loving carer for your pets. I have been dog walking from a young age and I have a depth of knowledge and experience regarding dog and cat behaviour. I have worked with a variety of dog breeds, both large and small, and all with different personalities and temperaments. I also have previous experience as a cat care assistant at Cats Protection and so have good skills and experience in caring for and handling cats. My veterinary experience also means I am able to monitor the health of your pet whilst in my care and have the ability to administer injectable and oral medications. I love all animals, so I'm sure I will fall in love with your pet straight away! I am excited to help you out and take good care of all your wonderful furry friends.

Excellent all the way we came up to Liverpool from London for a wedding. Emily assured me she will look after my dog. Emily met my dog the day before dog sitting and looked after him very well. Sent me photo updates and took him on lovely walks. Will most definitely recommend.
Emily is great with our 8 month old puppy, can't recommend her enough. Our puppy always comes home so happy and ready to chill for the day after his walks with Emily. We also receive updates and pictures from the walks or drop in visits which is lovely to see when we're out. Thanks Emily! ☺️
Emily was amazing with my two cats. She came and met them before my work trip and got to know them both. Little pictures and updates kept me reassured. I’d really struggled to find someone that could administer insulin and I came home to happy purry kitty’s! Would 100% recommend Emily and I will be contacting her again for my upcoming holiday ☺️

While out walking your dog I would ensure that we can build a good trusting relationship where I can make sure they are feeling happy and content at all times. If this means keeping them on the lead for the duration of the walk then so be it - every dog is different and every dog has it's preferences! If I am house sitting at your home for your pet, I make it my main priority to ensure the safety of your animals and home is maintained at all times. I have lots of experience ensuring owners houses, animals and possessions are well looked after, and that any requests are adhered to. I will send pictures of your pets and keep you updated regularly during my stay. This means you can spend your time away with your mind at ease.

Please let me know any special requirements your pet may need whilst in my care. Whether this be medication they need, dietary requirements, or if you want me to practice any training/tricks too! I'm more than happy to accommodate these requests.
A typical day
Whether you've got a dog that loves to go on long walks, enjoys balls games and training time or a cat that wants to lounge on the sofa all day having cuddles, I will fill your pets day with things to keep them entertained and looked after. I do particularly enjoy engaging in play and training activities with dogs and if this is something that suits your furry friend then do let me know. I equally love a four legged Netflix companion too!

Availability
I currently work full-time as an On-call Animal Nurse Assistant at an emergency veterinary hospital and therefore do any pet-sitting or dog-walking in my spare time. I am currently only able to plan month by month with my availability for pet-sitting/dog-walking, unless you require me on a Sunday, which I can plan much further ahead for. My rover calendar is updated regularly so please be sure to refer to it to check my availability.
