My family has had pets for all my life, and dogs for all but a few of those. It was usually my job to keep them fed and let them outside when they needed to go to the bathroom. We still have cats, and while they're wonderful, they're not quite the same as dogs and I'd love to have one again. For now, I guess this is the closest I can get. I'm also looking to get more exercise, since I usually get very little. Walking dogs seems like a good way to start, since it gets me money to visit my partner in the UK and lets me see friendly pups on top of the exercise benefits! I don't drive, but I do have a bike.
