Hi there! I’m Emily, I am an English-born New Zealander who has been living in London for the last 2 years, and missing having canine company around so I thought I’d offer my services as a dogsitter! I have grown up with large and small breeds my whole life and my family have a farm and run a dogsitting company in New Zealand too. At home, I use to walk up to 8 dogs at once off-leash and controlled, so consider myself quite an experienced dog person in general. I am happy to help keep to a training routine if that is needed, and i work from home quite a lot. The reason I want to dogsit is because I’m not able to adopt or foster a dog full time myself as I one day plan to go back to New Zealand, so would love to dogsit or care for someone else’s whilst they are away, or who’s schedule may be too busy at the moment to walk and exercise their dog as much as they would like. Please note unfortunately I do not allow dogs on furniture or in bedrooms so your dog must be comfortable sleeping in their own bed or crate

Emily took my two frenchies for the afternoon and the pups had such a great time! Emily sent pics throughout the afternoon of the pups enjoying some play time in her garden. I would absolutely ask Emily to take the pups again ?

Emily is absolutely exceptional. She will be our go to sitter from now on for our beloved Lily and Charlie. She went above and beyond, taking care of our fur babies as though they were her own. Plenty of exercise, quick and frequent feedback and a gentle touch with our dogs. We would recommend Emily a million times over. Just wonderful!

I treat them as if they were my own! I usually take them for 2 x 1 hour walks a day to the park if I have them for doggy daycare. We also have a very large garden for dogs to run around in and play fetch with trees and bushes lining each side.

A typical day
I love to get them about and about and socialised with people and other dogs, whether that be in the park, hiking out of london for the day, taken to an outdoor pub, or to a lake for a swim. I am an off-leash walker so they are free to roam unless there is any need to have them on the leash full time. I also have a Long lead for dogs that don’t have good recall in case this is needed.

Availability
I work from home a few days a week as my work have a flexible working policy. Wednesday is the only fixed date I am in the office, then I usually go in one more time a week but I am able to be flexible with this
