Pet care experience
We have had dogs growing up my entire life and we now have a golden retriever of our own. I have been dog sitting for 15+ years and have enjoyed/continue to enjoy every minute of it. We have a love for dogs and like to help take care of them whenever we can. We are caring, reliable, friendly and lovable to all pups! We do not have kids of our own, so our pup is our fur child! We are very compassionate about our care to her and your pups as well. We live in a wonderful, well maintained neighborhood in Berkley and it is great for dogs of all sizes! We have a fenced in backyard and a smoke-free, kid-free home. If you would like I can provide a list of references upon sitting for your dog. Our days revolve around our pup and she is a huge part of our lives, so yours would be treated as if he/she was our own.

Emily took very good care of Brody our golden retriever. He had plenty of toys to play with and made new buddies to play tug of war with. Pictures and text messages were sent while we were away which reassured us that Brody was having a great time. Emily is a very caring gal who loves to take care of dogs. Rest assured, your pup will be in good hands:)
Emily has been the most helpful sitter I have found. She worked very easily with my schedule and set things up in advance so there were absolutely no issues when it came to dropping off my dog for the weekend. Her golden is the sweetest pup and our dogs got along great. She sent me videos of the pups and gave me updates whenever I asked. I will absolutely book through Emily again.
Emily is a great sitter! Bubba is always happy to go there and play with her dog, and happy when I pick him up. A happy dog is a happy mom!
Being new to Rover, I couldn't have been more pleased! Emily and Torch were both so friendly and accommodating. My dog just walked in like she was home. We will definitely call Emily if needed in the future.

What I would like to know: has the dog ever been dog sat before, is he/she potty trained and does he/she get along with other dogs. Breed preferences: I do not have any breed preferences and I am open to sitting all pups as long he/she gets along with myself and our golden retriever, Torch.
A typical day
Activities would include, but not limited to: walks, going to different parks nearby, lots of backyard playing and fetch, swimming, going on hikes, trips to the pet stores for occasional treats/toys, car rides (if dog likes them) and going to the dog parks. We are open to doing whatever your pup enjoys!
