Pet care experience
Dogs are one of the most important creatures in my life. The majority of my life has been filled with caring for and loving dogs. I have had a dog since the age of 7, which jump-started my responsibilities. Although I was young, I was expected to walk, pick up after, feed, and clean my loving animal. As a teen I worked in an animal shelter, walking and cleaning puppies. After my dog passed, I was unsure how to move on, and have not had a dog since. I am able to do light grooming and basic medicinal needs (giving medication and cleaning ears). I am eager and excited to get the opportunity to spend time with dogs! I would be truly lucky to be with anyone's pet!

Emily was very communicative as well as responsive to Raya’s needs as a puppy. She was understanding of our dog’s anxiety and made her feel comfortable with lots of belly rubs and treats! We are very happy with our choice to book with her while we were out of town and will definitely book her again in the future. Thank you, Emily!
I'm so grateful to Emily for accommodating a last minute drop in visit when my work schedule changed. She is excellent communicator and was so great with my blind pup. Gizmo and I look forward to booking Emily again!
Emily has a sincere passion for animals. She is always punctual and communicates with owners regarding their pets in a timely manner. My dog absolutely adores Emily and gets overly excited every times she sees Emily just turn into our driveway! She noticed a spot on our dog that neither myself or my husband had realized and after consulting with our vet turned out to be an allergy hotspot. Cannot recommend Emily enough!

I am available for evening walks and house sits, either in a client's home or bringing a pup home with me. I work in the Newton area, so can be available for midday check ins!
