Pet care experience
I am a mature and responsible animal lover. I have years of experience with pet-sitting and have had all types of companion animals in my life such as dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and rodents. I am a Veterinary Technician in New Orleans and have been working in the veterinary field for 5 years. I work full time but my schedule is flexible on the weekends to offer frequent potty breaks, walks, and medication/feeding routines. I am organized and excellent at following directions. I am active and playful and would love playing and running with your fur babies! I do not have size, age, or breed restrictions. I have taken puppy training classes and am very comfortable with young dogs. You can put your faith in me that I will take excellent care of your beloved pets!

Emily did an amazing job with our 13 year old beagle. She was wonderful with him! He's a little slow getting around these days and she took her time and was so patient with him. He has a special diet and walking schedule. She followed our instructions to the "T". We couldn't be more pleased with her responsiveness, professionalism, and caring and kindness towards our family pet. Our beagle "Jake" is one of our family and we don't trust just anyone with his care.
Owners of good boys and good girls everywhere, if you are looking for someone to take fantastic care of your pup, Emily is the dog sitter for you! She is one of the more responsible and trustworthy people I know. She has a lot of experience in taking care of dogs. She has grown up around animals all her life and still takes care of her own right now. Emily has lent a helping hand to my friends and family for a variety of household pets. She has always followed any instructions I've had perfectly and is one of the most reliable people I have met, and I cannot think of anyone better to take care of another's pets!
Emily is a superb dog sitter! Some time ago I had to go out of town for two weeks, and didn't want to leave my beloved Polonius (he's a Norwich Terrier) at the vet's boarding. Emily agreed to take care of him while I was gone, and I was so relieved he'd be able to stay at home where he is more comfortable and the other dogs wouldn't steal his fancy food. When I returned, I found that Polonius had gained a new best friend! I credit her with ensuring that he was comfortable, well-fed, and entertained while I was away. I know Polonius had fun, he still gets excited whenever he has seen her since.

A typical day
We will go for walks through the neighborhood or nearby parks, play fetch, and other activities. If your pet is a snuggler, I’ll ensure they get all the love and attention they want during my drop-in visit.
