Hello! Welcome to my profile...I am so glad you are considering me to watch or board your furry friend. My name is Emily and I have a HUGE passion and love for animals of all breeds and sizes. Whether it's throwing a ball around, snuggling up, or sending you fun selfies, I'm sure your pet will have a blast with me. I've owned a couple pets before and I currently own one dog named Mia. Growing up with animals has shaped me into a responsible, trustworthy, and bubbly person. Here are some things you should know about me! I recently graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Master's in Elementary Education and I will begin my first year teaching in the summer of 2022. In addition to dogs, I love the tiny humans :) I ride horses in my free time and I also enjoy traveling and being active. I live in a very clean, smoke free apartment with one another cat. My living space is organized and dog safe. When taking care of an animal in a client's home, I always make sure to leave the place cleaner than how I found it and ensure any extra chores are taken care of before leaving.

I genuinely love dogs of all breeds and sizes. However, I know that every dog is different and enjoys different activities. In order to ensure your dog is happy and healthy with me, I'd love for you to let me know what your dog's favorite activities and treats are upon our meet and greet. In addition, I am an active person, so if your dog enjoys going for runs, please let me know.
A typical day
I love to explore Fredericksburg in my free time. This includes talking walks and runs on the canal path or visiting downtown. These are all activities I would love to go with your dog!

Availability
I teach at the school M-F from 8-5, so my weekends are the best days for me to spend with your animal. However, I can make week day evenings work if you contact me with time in advance!
