Pet care experience
I have had dogs in my household since childhood, and have always loved them. I remember begging my parents for a puppy when I was a kid; we started with guinea pigs, but eventually we got a German Shepherd puppy. I have since lived with another German Shepherd and an Australian Shepherd. I love all dogs, but especially large dogs. I enjoy long walks with dogs, and bringing dogs to a dog park, and watching them have fun. I have watched several of my family and friends' dogs when they have been out of town, and have never had any problems with any dog I've interacted with. I have experience watching both large and small dogs. I don't currently have any dogs in my home. I have a bachelor's degree in zoology, and am currently working on a master's in conservation biology. I figured working with dogs would be a great way to make a little extra income while I am in school.

Emily has loved animals her entire life! She has had pets as a child including: fish, guinea pigs, rats, and dogs. She currently has a snake and rats. She got her BS in Zoology from NDSU in 2017. She is currently taking online graduate courses towards a Masters in Zoology. Emily's work experience includes time at Como Zoo (St. Paul) and currently as a volunteer at the Raptor Center. She is a responsible young adult and is dedicated to the welfare of all animals. She is motivated to earn money to pay fr her graduate studies. I trust her with my dog!

Emily’s care for animals that I’ve been able to whiteness over the past years has been nothing but incredible to watch. She’s the most gentle, caring, and genuine person I know. Emily is an extremely hard worker and very kind. I would leave my animals with her in a heartbeat knowing they’d be more than taken care of and loved.
