Hi! I grew up in Northern Minnesota with a German Shepherd and an American Eskimo- surrounded by friends' pets as well :) I've always had a love for animals and enjoyed caring for them. Hope that I can help out you and your pet! I have taken care of dogs up to 100 lbs :) I'm not intimidated by breed or size! Why I love dog sitting I've always loved animals- I used to draw pictures and drop other hints to my parents almost daily for two years, because I wanted a dog so very much! When I was little, I wanted to be a Veterinarian, but the arts called :) I have been dog-sitting professionally in Los Angeles since 2013- It's one of my favorite things to do! Emily did an amazing job with my dog. Texted pictures as requested and I could tell Josie was in good hands. I like that her building seems very secure & safe. Sometimes I’ve had Josie be a little stressed when I pick her up from a sitter but she was just like I’d left her :) highly recommend.
Emily has been watching my dog for over a year now. He absolutely loves her and I can tell they have a great time hanging out together. When I get back, my apartment is just the way I left it, which makes coming home so easy. If you need a reliable, incredibly sweet and easy-going dog-sitter, Emily is the perfect choice!
Emily stayed in my home and took care of my German Shepherd that can be a handful at times. She did a great job handling him and I came home to a happy dog and a house that was still intact! Highly recommend!

I would like to know their temperament; how they react to people and other dogs. Are they well-behaved? Are they jumpers/ lungers? Can they take longer walks? Do they get riled up easily?
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog I will take your dog on walks (usually minimum 15 minutes) morning, afternoon, and night- with at least one walk being of a longer length Length of walks depends on type of dog/ what your dog is used to :) I can also take your dog for a jog! If your dog loves attention, I will give it lots of love, belly rubs, play time, and grooming (if needed!), making sure to give the dog plenty of pet/play time at least twice a day.
