I love dogs more than humans
Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, then also bunnies, chickens, & horses for my extended family. I am always so excited to meet new furry friends, so I started working at a veterinary clinic in 2020 as a technician and love every minute. I am now attending Grand Valley State University for Pre-Veterinary Medicine! You see, I love taking care of animals so much, I decided to make a career out of it, and I would do it all over again if I had the chance.

Emily truly loves animals! She took great care of our babies and sent us pics with updates throughout the day!
Emily has taken care of our dog and three kittens multiple times now. She has both stayed at our house for seven days and nights and also done multiple days just stopping in one or two times per day to take care of our animals. We have always come home to well taken care of animals that are happy and healthy. Emily sends us pictures while we are away and texts if there’s anything we need to know or if she has any questions. It can be hard having a stranger in your house taking care of your animals, but Emily has proven to be trustworthy and is also a very sweet person. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs care for their fur babies.
Emily was wonderful! Our dog Porter had a great time with her. She was very responsive and sent many pictures - it was good to see especially being out of the country! I would use Emily again and totally recommend her to others!
Emily has been a great friend of mine. She is excellent with animals, as she's helped me with my two cats. Every morning, my cats are excited to see her when she comes over to visit. She loves being around animals and takes really great care of them.

I would do school work from my client's home and take frequent breaks to play with your pets! Inside or outside, I am flexible for enrichment. I also have ample background knowledge of medical care, so if anything were to happen, I would know exactly where to go or what to do. I am able to trim nails for an extra charge as well!

A typical day
I love to stimulate your pets, physically and mentally. We will play until we’re tired, then play some more! Anything from fetch to obediance training to cat laser shows, I’d love to work with your fur babies.

Emily can watch in your home
Availability
I am available for walks & drop-ins before 10am or after 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and at lunchtime on Mondays and Fridays. Wednesday I am available all day! I am also available for house sitting your pets all week and weekend!
