Emily is our favorite! Having 2 older dogs, a crazy 9 month old puppy and 3 cats, our house can be a little bit of a zoo, but we love our zoo. Emily has always risen to the challenge, going above and beyond with our animals, treating them as her own. They are absolutely excited to see her and she's one of the only people I feel completely comfortable leaving them with as I know she's aware of their individual needs. She accommodates their emotional needs ( the older ones are quite upset when I leave, would typically not eat and are full of anxiety) their ornery routines, dietary needs and training/play with the puppy. Emily is always very communicative about any concerns or changes in behavior and very thorough with instructions given. It's wonderful to be able to trust that our old girl will get her medication on time and that they won't be given scraps ( that upset tummies ) without Emily either knowing it's ok ( chicken & veggies) or checking in first. It's also comforting knowing that the puppy, who can be quite a handful will be kept on her regular routine and also kept safe as she's a runner, a digger and a chewer. Emily is very diligent in making sure there's nothing the puppy can get and also entertains her in ways that keep her busy and out of trouble. Emily is also very respectful and mindful in our home, I always joke that if not for the total lack of destruction by the puppy, I wouldn't even know she had been there! Though her husband is often gone at work, I also have to add that he too is incredible with our zoo. After a long day at work he still happily plays & runs with the puppy and wears her out, is very conscience of their needs and gets in some good snuggle time when he can. Emily has a background in caregiving and it shows how much she truly cares about those she's taking care of, she always gives 100%. For us, it's truly an honor to have her & her husband in our lives and we consider them family. :)

Very accommodating especially be last minute and having to drop him off early! Took great care of the pup and could tell he left happy and warn out! Definitely would book again! Such a sweet person!!
