For walks, I usually take them around the neighborhood or if there is a park nearby depending on the personality of the dog. Will keep dog away from hot pavement depending on temperature. I try to stay away from walking dogs near busy roads and keep them on the side walk, never the road. I don't let dog's interact with other strangers dogs as I do not trust nor know how that other dog will behave on a walk. I walk one dog at a time, never two at once. Of course playing with the dog in the backyard using their own toy is always a fun option for the dog if client does not want dog to be walked.
