Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Emily! I have grown up around dogs of all sizes and personalities my entire life and currently have four pugs back home that I love a great deal. I have been providing care to dogs for the past ten years ranging in size from a year old puppy to a fully grown Great Dane! I currently have three cats who I have had over the last 5 years and I absolutely love (Winnie, and two brothers Ned and Newman). I have a great deal of energy and patience when taking care and playing with animals and I make sure to take the time so each dog (or cat) has a wonderful experience. I am available most days and weekends anytime after 5pm but I do have availability during the day to help with one time needs case by case. I can’t wait to meet you and your fury tailed friend!

I understand that your home is that pet’s home and I make every effort to keep them as comfortable as possible when a stranger comes into their house. I want to mimic their daily routine as close as possible to limit the stress of not having their owner there and make sure that not only are they are always in a safe environment, but that they also feel that safety and know I’m there to help them.

I do not have any breed preferences and welcome any type of dog or cat. I would like to know any restrictions, illnesses, triggers, etc. Just let me know as much as you can regarding your expectations and your pet so I can provide the safest and best care possible. The more I know, the better!
A typical day
I can accommodate dogs various energy levels whether their personality is more laid back and snuggle (and belly rubs of course) or more energetic and loves a good walk and thrilling game of fetch or tug-of-war! I am willing to bring them to parks or if they prefer quieter settings then a walk around the neighborhood can be the perfect way to explore and release some energy. Just let me know what he/she typically likes to do and I’ll be sure to love your pet as much as I love mine!

Availability
I currently work full time but remote so I can visit and check in on your pet any week day after 5 and anytime on the weekends. During the week, I can do drop ins but it depends on my work schedule for that week so just ask and I will make every effort to help you!
