Hi! I have lots of experience with dog sitting and caring for dogs in general. I have a pug, and he's about to be 16. He is deaf and blind, and it's been tough on my family and I to take care of him, but we love him so much, we all do everything we can to care for him. Besides my own dog, I have dog sat for the same 5 families over the past 4 years. I would get up at the time the family asked me too (which ranged from 6-8am) to walk the dogs and feed them breakfast. I would stay most of the day to play and spend time with them. Then I walk them probably 1-2 more times in the afternoon/before dinner, depending on what the family asks of me, and once more before bed (just for good measure). If I'm asked to stay the night with the dogs, I am more than happy to! I think what sets me apart from other sitters is my talent for caring with dogs of old age/dogs that may have special care instructions. Every dog is different and every one of them has their own personalities, and different needs that have to be taken care of in order for them to be happy. I am very detail-oriented in that aspect, and am willing to do what it takes to keep your pets happy and healthy while you are away.
