I have always had dogs in my life. Growing up, I was taught how to care for dogs from my family as well as a family friend who ran a dog boarding business. I currently have one one and will be getting another in September. I have had plenty of experience with training puppies as well as other dogs.

I have a lovely fenced in back yard with a wonderful park across the street. I have a female dog at my house and she loves all dogs. She is always excited to have a friend to play with. I have one other dog-loving housemate.

I like to know how dogs interact with other dogs, if they are hesitant towards certain types of people, favorite toys, and if there are things that make the dog anxious.
A typical day
I am able to walk dogs around neighborhoods, but I also enjoy getting on the trails if dog families prefer a hike. My dog also loves to swim and I'm sure other dogs do too. Dogs get hosed off after each swim to ensure they stay clean.

Availability
I am a teacher, so I have plenty of time in the summer to help care for your furry family members. I am available the majority of the day. There are a couple evenings a week that I am not available.
