Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember, I have ridden and taken care of horses. When I was 14 years old I got an internship at the barn I worked at. I continued to ride and care for horses as well as cleaning stalls after my summer internship ended. I have moved several times since then and every time I found a barn that I loved. I worked at every single barn either riding, feeding, cleaning stalls, or all of the above. For almost a year now I have worked at a pet resort handling and type of different animals and dog breeds. I supervised doggy day camp, administered medication, followed all dietary restrictions, constantly took them outside and made sure each dog had a fun, safe time, cleaned after them, as well as doing some grooming here and there. I have recently decided to move on as I received an offer to work as a vet assistant. I have been in this field for a little over a year now! I have grown up around a multitude of different animals, none of which scare me. I am willing to work with the tiniest to the most crazy and energetic. I also have some experience with dog training.

A typical day
For my personal dogs, we enjoy hiking, running, swimming, and playing fetch. I have two high energy dogs, and a puppy, so making sure they get adequate exercise on a daily basis is important to me. Whatever you feel would be best for your dog, I will do!
