Hi, my name is Emiley and I'd love the opportunity to get to know and spend time with your beloved furry family members. I have a soft spot and warm heart for animals and would be so excited to take care of them while you're away. I have an extensive history of owning all kinds of pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs.. fish, and love watching friend's pets when they leave town. In fact, I'm known as someone who went on vacation to Mexico and brought back a stray dog who needed a good home (Loki went to live with my parents who were looking for a dog). I've also done extensive volunteer work and fundraising for animal shelters regionally. I'm flexible and able to provide whatever your dog may need for care whether that be for a walk or an overnight stay. I'm a firm advocate for positive reinforcement, and think playing and exercising dogs helps them to be well-rounded and behaved. Currently, I have two dogs named Kona and Opal. They’re my best friends and adventure buddies. Both are friendly with other animals and would be at my house for house sitting. Kona and I go camping, paddleboarding, trail running, and adventuring regularly. Opal is still learning the ropes since she’s a puppy. If you want your dog to be a tired pooch from having fun with these guys, we would so love that, too!
