Pet care experience
I have been around and caring for dogs my entire life, particularly with larger breeds. My family has had two XLarge breeds in the last 12 years, a Bernese Mountain dog and an Irish Wolfhound. While big snuggly dogs have a special place in my heart, I love all breeds and sizes of dogs! I have children (9,7,4yrs and a baby) and so your pup would get lots of time and attention from lots of dog lovers! We have a very large fenced backyard and a 3 year old Irish wolfhound who is super sweet and would love to have some puppy play dates. Emilee and her family were excellent sitters! They are very caring and really looked after our German Shepherd. You can trust them with your dog because they will treat him like he is one of theirs. After we saw the photos that Emilee took, we could rest easy because we knew our dog was in good hands.
Emilee was fantastic with our dog! She took care of her like she was their own. She gave daily updates and pictures which eased our worries when we were out of town. Our dog was also very happy playing at Emilee’s home. I would recommend Emilee in a heart beat.
Emilee is very reliable and has a great love for dogs of all breeds. She has experience with both puppies and older dogs and is patient and understands the needs of both ages.
We recently had Emilee watch our Goldendoodle puppy. Her home is incredibly welcoming and she took great care of him! Our pupper is extremely hyper, but Emilee and her family wore him out by letting him play tag with their dog in their big backyard, and her kids made sure he felt super loved and at home. Our dog had an amazing time with her and her family. She was also so sweet as to send us pictures of our pup while we were gone. We were lucky to have such a carefree trip knowing that Emilee was taking great care of him.

I have a large fenced yard and a very friendly Irish Wolfhound who is a gentle giant. He will want to play but is always careful and has never shown aggression. He is a great playmate for getting some exercise time in!

We only have one preference in our home and that is that your dog must be kid friendly. Safety is a high priority for our children, pet and of course for the pets we care for! We want a fun loving time and don’t want to put any person or dog in a stressful situation. Having said that, our children are lovers of all animals but they do know pet rules and will give your dog space if they see that it is time for some kid free rest and relaxation.
A typical day
We like to enjoy the nice Texas weather and walk in the evenings around our neighborhood while our children ride bikes. We have a fenced acre lot and have plenty room to play a big game of fetch or tug. And of course your pup would get lots of running around and chase games with our dog who love doggie play dates!

I am a stay-at-home mom so I have a very flexible schedule and I am available any day of the week. I am home all day except for the occasional errand to run.
