Unfortunately, I am not able to take any requests for 2024. I’ve been petsitting, both boarding and house sitting, for over 13 years now. Living on 8 acres, with a large fenced in area to run and play in, there is plenty of secure room for your pet(s) while they’re visiting.

I have one dog, Bandit, who is 13 years old, and weighs 30 lbs. He is a mild mannered guy, but also has Cushings disease, so we don’t have a lot of time left with him sadly. I also have one indoor cat, Orient, who stays hidden-so if your dog doesn’t care for cats, she’s perfect! We adopted a second dog, Miss Poppy! She is a 70 pound Golden Lab who is 4 years old. She was a previous rescue and boarding client, in need of a good home, and we couldn’t resist her. She absolutely loves to play with ALL of the new friends she makes, both large and small.

Any allergies? Any temperamental issues or known triggers that might show up being away from parents? Any other specifics that I need to be aware of to make your pet’s stay the most comfortable. **I do require your pets to have appropriate flea/tick medication, especially during the April-October months. I do treat the areas of the yard and around my home that your pet would be in for fleas and ticks, but as in any outdoor situation, a flea or tick can potentially jump on them, and it’s best to be protected. Please be aware that I will check pets during their stay for any signs of a current infestation, and I would inform you immediately. By booking with me, you agree that if a current infestation is found, I am able to treat your pet(s) through a flea shampoo and/or topical treatment, that you agree to reimburse me for.
A typical day
Boarding: Exploring and running around in the fenced in yard, treat time, snuggle times, and tons of toys and balls are available. HouseSitting: Following the pups schedule, walks, treats, snuggles are a given!

Luckily, petsitting became my full time job in 2018, so your loved one(s) will always have me around while they are in my care. I also offer pick-up and drop off services to those who are interested. **I am able to accept last minute requests, but please understand that I may already have pups over. Please try to book well in advance, especially for holidays. I’m able to accommodate up to 5 pets at any given time, and each one always receives our VIP care and attention.
