Emery was an awesome substitute “mom” for my dog when I had to travel. She gave me peace of mind, eased my stress, and my pup came home happy. She even came out to my house to feed and check on our cat, which was a huge bonus. I would definitely use her again!
Emery was great with Aïda! She constantly sent photo updates, and Aïda seemed to be having a great time. She even got a walk, came back smelling nicer than when we dropped her off, and had a goodie bag!
I was really hesitant to leave my babies (2 pit bulls) with someone I did not know. All of my worrying was for nothing! Emery truly loves animals and I am pretty sure she treated them better than we do. :) She sent updates and pics of the girls on a regular basis. They looked ridiculously happy in each and every picture. And they smelled great when we picked them up too! I highly recommend Emery ...
Your Pet's New Home Away From Home!
I'm a huge animal lover. I used to run a rescue for pit bulls, and I currently run a rescue out of my 2nd home for small and exotic animals. I'm pursuing my doctorate in veterinary medicine with 2 years of schooling in veterinary technology. I have no problem with special needs animals or things like medication administration, subcutaneous injections, wound care, nail trimming, etc. if necessary for the care and comfort of your animal ...
What Emery would like to know about your dog
If not already disclosed on pet's itinerary:
Any known health issues?
Problems with aggression or personality quirks I should be aware of?
Are they fully house trained?
Fully crate trained?
Will your animal need to be kept in a separate room away from other animals during his or her stay and would you be willing to pay extra for that?
Favorite/least favorite things?
Typical daily routine for the dog?
Important medical history and what veterinarian do you use?
