Like everyone who will probably read this, I identify as a dog lover. My family has always included dogs. When I was little I started a neighborhood dog-washing business. As I got older and my puppy love still hadn't wavered, I started volunteering at my local animal shelter. In college, I worked at a doggy daycare for a few years until my upper division coursework became too time-consuming. Now I'm transitioning from college to the real world and here in hopes of making some friends/fur clients who may need my help - and who can simultaneously help me to work by doing something I love! I believe my experience working at the doggy daycare in particular - where my duties often included supervising several dogs in a single yard at a time, evaluating on an individual basis which dogs would succeed and be comfortable in the daycare environment, managing meal times, and tending to injuries - has prepared me for a wide range of dog-watching duties.
