Availability
I work full time 7:00- 4:30 Monday - Thursday and 7- Noon on Friday. I can walk your dog in the morning or the evening. I can also stay at your house if the pet would be more comfortable with that. I’m flexible and can work with your schedule!

Pet care experience
I grew up with my family breeding Dachshunds. So it’s safe to say I’ve been around dogs all my life. My first job was at an animal hospital. I’ve got 4 years of work experience in a clinical setting working with all types of animals. Now I’ve been in human healthcare for 20+ years. I’m comfortable with all breeds and ages of animals. I have experience with giving medications and senior care. My own dog passed away a year ago now, he was 13. He is the reason I do this. I have so much love to give but I am just not ready to get another dog of my own. I do have two cats so I would consider myself well versed in the specific needs of cats. I am just really excited to meet new fur friends and their families. I’m very trustworthy and will treat your pet like my own while in my care.

Elyssa was a wonderful sitter. We have two cats and I admit, I leave a lot of notes. She came for a walkthrough and I could tell our boys liked her. She was great communicating updates and sent us photos even though it was a short visit. I would love for her to be our go to sitter
Elyssa was great , took good care of our pups and home !
Elyssa was so great with our pup!! He a sweet old guy and she took the best care of him! Made sure he ate his meals, took potty breaks and gave him all the snuggles we could hope for. We were nervous to leave him at his age but Elyssa put us at ease with her daily pupdates and check-ins. We couldn’t recommend her enough and would absolutely book her again!
Took great care of my girls while I was away for the weekend, even got my cat to warm up to her. The house was left in perfect condition.
