Pet care experience
I specialize in hosting anxious pups who are fearful in new environments, but I'm happy to accommodate any animal looking for one-on-one fun! I’ve owned animals my whole life, and have worked with multiple professional trainers to help me understand doggy language better. I also foster pups, and have lots of experience handling various breeds and building their confidence.

Elyse is amazing! She sent me regular updates and made sure my pup was well taken care of while I was away!
Elyse took care of my 1.5yo Siamese cat, Delilah, and went above and beyond in taking care of her. Delilah has never been without at least one of her humans so we were a little anxious and taking her to someone’s house for five days. Elyse kept me updated every day at least twice a day including photos. Elyse also went out of her way to move her WFH location in her house to accommodate Delilah’s insecurities and anxiety and be in the same room with her. Siamese are incredibly social and thrive on human contact and Elyse did everything possible to make my fur baby comfortable. Elyse genuinely loves animals and that was evident in all she did and communicated during Delilah’s stay with her. I will definitely use Elyse again for cat sitting in her home and would highly recommend her.
It was great to know that Ziggy was being well taken care of while we were away!
Franklin enjoyed his stay with Elyse! She was so kind and sent plenty of updates and photos! He can be a little weird in new situations but she was totally cool with that. We would definitely consider using her again.

🐕🦺 My backyard is not fenced, but we have a tie out back. Tie is there to ensure dog cannot run off, and also makes potty breaks easier. Dogs are not left outside unsupervised. 🐕 My dog is extremely friendly, but play is only allowed if you want your dog to get a puppy play date. I do not allow unsupervised play, ever. Other client dogs and foster dogs will not be introduced to your own pup. 🐈 Your pet will be loved, snugged, and cared for their entire stay... making their time away from you as less stressful as possible (for everyone!) 🤝 Meet & Greets are FREE and very much appreciated!

★ RABIES VACCINE is mandatory for all PA dogs. Please be able to show proof of vaccine. ★ Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine is not mandatory - but highly encouraged! I like to provide a clean, safe environment for all pets. ★ General Questions: 1. Is your dog aggressive towards other dogs, cats, or humans? 2. Is your dog crate trained? 3. Does your dog have any Separation Anxiety or other fears? 4. Does your dog have any allergies or need medication? 5. General exercise, potty break, and feeding routine?
A typical day
Multiple daily walks (or even a hike upon request) are included with every pup’s stay! We spend lots of time outdoors or lounging in the living room. Pets have three different options for their bedtime set-up: (1) Crate Room - good for young pups or any dog who is already crate trained and enjoys their little den. (2) Spare Bedroom - good for well-mannered pups who are used to sleeping on the sofa or bed. (3) Finished Basement - good for any dog or cat who may be a little anxious around other animals, and would prefer a quieter space to relax. 🏡 I currently work from home 📅 I only board one client at a time so I can give your pet the individual affection & exercise that they deserve. Please try to book at least 2 weeks in advance to secure a space for your furbuddy.
