Not the most professional petsitter I've had, and communication was not the best. I got quick updates about my cat, so I thought everything was going fine, but after coming home I realized that my cat had peed somewhere because the cat bed smelled really bad and was put in the washing unit, and my cat had not eaten a lot of meals because a lot of uneatten canned food was in the trash. I really appreciate Elsie for having taken care of the basics (feeding, doing the litter), but I think communication could've been more transparent, and I would've preferred for there to be a bit more professionalism in terms of the use of personal items. The petsitting rates were cheaper than those of other petsitters though, so I guess I shouldn't have expect too much?

Elsie took care of my shy senior kitty for 11 days, and she was fantastic! By the end of the 11 days, they were cuddling like they had known each other forever, which is a difficult thing to do because my cat trusts no one. I could also tell that Elsie really cared about the care she was giving my kitty because she was so thorough in her descriptions of what happened that day. I would definitely recommend Elsie for any cat care!
