Pet care experience
I've been involved with dogs my whole life! I have had my own dog ever since I was seven years old. I took care of my neighbors' and friends' dogs when they went on vacation and have fostered dogs looking for homes. I am executive director of a nonprofit called, K9 Crew, out of Fargo, North Dakota that pairs dogs with at-risk youth to make them both better off. I have worked with plenty of breeds from pomeranians to mastiffs. I have received a bit of training from my involvement in K9 Crew on basic dog obedience and behavioral modification.

Elly was great with my dogs, took them on a walk, and was very flexible and accomodating when weekend trip didnt go as planned and I needed to extend their stay.

She did really great with my girl spirit while i was gone training, even though it was last minute she was able to save me from leaving her home alone for 10 hour a day. She kept me updated and gave her a good time ? really happy with the care she gave too. Thanks again Elly!
Elly is great with every dog I’ve seen her interact with, including my own. I trust her 100% to care for my pups, because I know she’ll treat them just as lovingly as I do. Elly also volunteers with a non-profit working with all kinds of dogs, including rescues, bomb and drug dogs, and dogs with homes that owners drop off to be trained; giving her a diverse background in caring for and training all different kinds of breeds. I have a very large fenced in yard, no kids, and two small friendly doggos who love being outside and having playmates. My fiancé and I equally love dogs and are very active—we usually go out on dog friendly trails 4 or 5 times a week and frequent the dog park. The dogs can hang out on the furniture and throughout the house and should be very comfortable.

I don’t have any breed preferences and have experience with dogs of all kinds and sizes. I would like to know if the dog is aggressive towards other dogs or people and if squirrels or other things easily make him/her bolt.
A typical day
My house has lots of nearby, not very crowded trails that I often go on walks and jogs, that give the dogs lots to sniff and explore. We also live very close to multiple dog parks. I have a big tub at home with a big handheld shower head for bath time if needed. :)

I have a typical job and work 7-4. - I can do drop in visits before and after work - I can do walks after 4 - I am a very good dog mom; my dogs get long walks at least 4 or 5 times a week; my older dog has sensitive skin and is bathed weekly; they get lots of attention and have lots of toys and treats. Your doggies will be my doggies for their stay and get the same treatment as mine <3
