Elly accepted our doggy daycare request quickly, was friendly enough and offered to come meet our dog prior to his stay with her. The day of our stay we headed to her house for our confirmed doggy daycare booking and she let us know she was actually not home but in fact in another state but never bothered to let us know. She was able to send us messages directly but instead of cancelling the booking or letting us know days or hours before our plan to drop him she waited until we contacted her on our way to drop our dog off. She told me the Rover app was buggy on her end but in 30 seconds I was able to call Rover directly and cancel the booking. We exchanged plenty of messages and at no time did she find it worthwhile to let us know she was no longer available. We had to cancel dinner reservations for my fiance's birthday celebration and cancel on friends. We don't leave our dog alone because he has separation anxiety so we try to always make sure we leave him with someone to keep him company and since we had no time to find a replacement sitter our evening plans were ruined. I would not recommend Elly to watch anyone's dog given our experience.

Elly always finds fun trails to walk my dogs, and makes sure they are well taken care of with food and water. My dogs are always so excited to see her when she comes over! I can't recommend her highly enough.
