Friendly, Flexible, & Ready to Go!

Pet care experience

My parents can attest that even without living with them, I have single-handedly trained & taken care of their giant dog Wyatt on many occasions. Throughout high school and college I was the neighborhood pet sitter- from yorkies sleeping in my bedroom for the week to a long-haired cat in need of some serious litter cleaning. My fiancé and I adopted our first cat together the day after we moved into our first apartment- we knew we couldn’t wait another second. The pets I’ve had have sometimes needed medication, special food, and help getting from place to place. That’s not a problem! I’m happy to do whatever needed.

Elliott was a great dogsitter and housesitter. He was communicative and flexible, our dogs really liked him, and he left the house clean and in good shape. We were very happy with him and will happily call him again to care for our dogs and home!

Elliot was an amazing sitter! So patient with my very slow to warm up to strangers dog. Went above and beyond to make sure our dog was comfortable with him. Already booked Elliot for another weekend!

Elliott is a wonderful and compassionate sitter. He treats my pets just like his own and it's clear they are well taken care of and happy! Loved receiving pictures and updates of all my animals. Would always trust them in Elliott's care.

Elliott is exceptional, he came and helped me out with my GSD on serval occasions when I was immobilized. He played frisbee, walked and kept my very tough critic of a dog entertained. Very courteous, caring and has a good nature with all animals. Would highly recommend his services, which range from frisbee throwing to clean up.

My cat Shirley is a 10 year old rescued Calico and has needed special treatment before for bartonella, which she had from the shelter we got her from. she also needed to change food because she was almost double the weight she was supposed to be. She took meds and we changed her feeding schedule and she lost the weight, and the bartonella! I am well aware of how pets can be about their food- I’m flexible with how you need your pet fed and taken care of. A big meal split because they eat too fast? No treats because they’re on a diet? An extra long walk to tire them out? Let me know!

Information Elliott G. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know about your dogs temperament. Many dogs can be nervous about new people- and if they get growly, territorial, or just hate big trucks when they drive by on a walk, I’d definitely need to know so I can prepare myself! Also if your dog has medical needs, is a senior & needs a slower or shorter walk, etc!

A typical day

I’m a huge walker and love exploring, and I keep a quick pace with bigger dogs! I often incorporate simple commands into walks- making sure the dog is listening to me & paying attention! It’s how I’ve taught a few dogs how to stop, stay, and sit on command.
