Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs my entire life and miss having a dog of my own. After recently having to put down our family dog at the age of 13 I have decided not to get another dog right away. I understand that people need help every once in a while to care for their furry best friends, and that's what I'm here for. I have been walking and caring for friends dogs in the city for the last three years and am looking forward to meeting new pets and people in the area. I have medical training and will care for your pet as if it were my own. I work less than a mile from my house and often work half my day from home so your dog will not have to wait for hours for me to get home.

Maggie immediately took to Elliot and vice versa. I knew right away that she was in good hands. Maggie spent the weekend running around, playing ball, sightseeing, socializing (which is her favorite), and playing at the beach. She definitely had a full weekend away and is still tuckered out. Maggie and I would highly recommend Elliot and will be definitely asking him to doggy-sit again in the near future.
Elliot was great with Binky! He is super responsive and gives great puppy updates. We'll definitely be using him again!
I grew up with Elliot and have been close friends with him for many years. He is a huge animal lover, he's dependable, and he's just overall a good person. If you need someone to watch your dog, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to rely on Elliot.
Elliot has an obvious love for dogs. He often watches my dog when I go away on vacation, and I know she's in good hands when she's with him. Highly recommended!!!

I don't have any breed preferences. I love all kinds of breeds. I would just like to know their preferences, what they like, what they don't like. Also, if there's a health issue, what I have to do or what I should be aware of. After all, I just want them to feel like home!
A typical day
I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood with a couple of different dog parks as well as access to North End piers. Depending on their preference my walks will always be a little different, one day we might go to the piers and walk along the ocean while the next we might wander down the old cobblestone paths of the historic North End. No dog or person wants to see the same thing everyday so I take pride in exploring the city in a different way every morning and night. If your pet doesn't want to go for a long walk or see somewhere new that isn't a problem either. With a fenced in back patio we can sit and relax in the fresh air or we can walk .2 miles to the nearest park and watch the boats come and go.
