Dogs are my passion. I was responsible for my family's dogs since I was 12, this included all types of care such as feeding, grooming, playing and walking them (which I loved). I also studied animal behaviour at university and I’ve spent the last two years raising my own pup, Pepper, who is a very playful and friendly golden retriever. I've been dogsitting for years now for family, friends and colleagues. I work from home, so I'll always be around to look after your pet. I walk my dog twice a day and will either work with her in the kitchen or in my office. I only look after one dog at a time, to make sure they get the attention they deserve. I have a large, fenced garden and will provide frequent access to this during their stay (Pepper's often more out than in!). I also have a large park opposite my house that's perfect for walks. My dog is allowed on the furniture so of course yours will be too, but I tend not to allow them upstairs (because I worry about their joints). I love to play and give dogs lots of attention, but I can also take cues when a dog may like some of their own space. I'll treat your dog like they're my own (and Pepper is spoilt rotten) and you can be sure you'll get lots of photos and videos of them during their stay. Your dog would need to be friendly and well behaved with other dogs.
