Pet care experience
I have grown up with two dogs my entire life. I know how to manage multiple animals at a time. I have had multiple experiences sitting animals for more than two weeks. I often have my amazing partner around, therefore giving your pal two times the amount of love than any other sitter in town!

My puppy had a fun day with Ellie! She definitely gets plenty of love and attention, had good opportunities for both rest and exercise, and seems very happy at Ellie's.
Ellie took very good care of my young dog, who enjoyed getting to play with her roommates as well as go on an adventure out to lunch! I was pleasantly surprised to hear my dog was on good behavior when venturing out into that setting, so I know Ellie must have been doing a great job engaging her. Puppy was quite tired at the end of the day, and clearly had fun. Ellie has also been very flexible and easy to schedule with for daycare!

I share a house with 8 other roommates. I have a room to my self with lots of room for a furry friend. There are no other pets here. Pets are allowed on couches and beds. Lots of room to roam around. There is not a fenced yard but a small yard for potty breaks when necessary.

I do not have any breed preferences. I would love to know the pets personality and what the signs are when they are hungry/want to walk/need to pee or poop. I would also like to know how they interact with other animals on walks and in off leash areas!
A typical day
Given your doggies athleticism... you can expect at least 2.5 mile walks. I like to go through Green Lake, Ravenna Park, Gas Works, and the marshland walk by the stadium. I love to go on hikes, so if I have your furry friend on a weekend that’s likely what you can expect. In the spring in summer I kayak and swim in lakes. I often visit beaches at Discovery Park and Magnusson Park. Additionally, my favorite thing is to roller blade while walking dogs so I can try and keep up and push them on their speed!

I am currently a senior at the University of Washington. I am taking one class (which is my last college class ever, yay!) so I have many hours of free time! Starting in April I will have no classes so I am in definite need of a side gig. I am graduating in June 2021 and will be living in Seattle until at least September.
