Pet care experience
I’ve been watching and walking dogs off and on for the past nine years! I just graduated from college and moved down to Burbank, so I’m looking to build some relationships with dogs to watch any time you go out of town or just need a break! I am not currently working so I have tons of time to dedicate to your pups. I have a car so it is easy for me to get to where you’re located, and I love spending time with dogs and taking them for walks outdoors (while making sure they stay cool)!! I also have my own dog that I care for at home and she is quite the little yapper so I am used to louder and needier dogs. If you’re looking for a dog walker, someone to stay with your dog, or someone to just spend time with your dogs please let me know!!

Ellie has walked my dogs many times in the past, and I feel that she is both passionate about and highly capable of taking care of dogs. She knows how to command them while still being gentle, and I have never had a problem with her service at all. She's always been very professional and prompt, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to make sure their pets are in good hands.
Ellie is a fantastic person and amazing with dogs. She is smart, caring and gentle, all qualities that carry over to her treatment of pets. I have a shih-tzu poodle mix and he loves her. She is very responsible and I would recommend her to anyone looking for any kind of pet care!

I’m very careful with making sure the pups I’m watching don’t get loose, are properly fed, and I spend lots of time walking and playing with them to get their energy out! It’s also quite hot outside right now, so I usually like to dip a pup’s paws in a cool bowl of water after a play session outdoors.

Give me a heads up if your dog takes any special meds, but I have administered meds to dogs on a daily schedule over a 2 week stay before and am comfortable doing so. Also let me know if your dog is friendly with other dogs, friendly with other humans, and is particularly needy or prefers their own space!
A typical day
I like to keep dogs entertained with long walks and lots of tug of war or fetch. I’m still exploring the area, and taking dogs on long walks is a great way to familiarize myself with the area around me (and new areas as well!).

My schedule is currently wide open, but once I start working more consistently I’ll still be around for an afternoon walk, longer stays over vacations, or any time you need a drop in!
