Hiring Ellie to care for your critter will be the best decision you could make for your pet - she is the next best thing to having you there! Ellie is exceptionally caring and compassionate. She loves just passing time with our old pug, "Mr. K.", giving ear rubs, going out for slow strolls in the neighborhood (as that's all our old guy can do) and has the most gentle touch with a Furminator brush. Her love of animals is reflected in how they respond to her - they just relax in her presence. Being a good pet-sitter requires more than just a love of animals. Ellie is also meticulous and responsible. She follows directions to a "T" and isn't afraid to reach out for clarification when needed. Finally, Ellie keeps a cool head under pressure. When our chicken was brutally attacked by a raccoon, Ellie was the first responder. She kept her cool, gave appropriate care to our injured chicken, and ensured that the rest of the flock was safe and sound. I can't say enough about what a great, stand-in, pet parent Ellie is - she's simply fantastic!
