Pet care experience
Hey there! My name is Ellie Gorham, and I am a recent college graduate who just moved to Kansas City! My mom grew up in Kansas City, so I know my way around the city relatively well! Wanting to get a better lay of the land, my main option on here is dog walking and drop-ins!! That being said, I also am open to house sitting. I have taken care of dogs of every kind since I was a child, and have had family, community members, and friends rely on me to care for their fur babies!

Ellie is amazing and took excellent care of my dog, Jagr! He is usually anxious, is picky with the people he likes and from the first meeting they were instant friends. I felt at ease when traveling knowing Jagr was not only taken care of but that he was having a great time with one of his new best friends! I will definitely be rebooking with Ellie and highly recommend her to those looking for someone to care for their pets! :)
Ellie is the best ever!! Stevie, my 3 year old Golden Retriever absolutely adores her. Ellie is very responsible, loves animals, and is accountable. Stevie is always so excited to see Ellie, and I know Stevie is always in good hands with her!

How does the dog interact with other dogs? What are the dog's feeding habits? Does the dog get anxious if left alone? What types of medicines does the dog require? What is the dog's exercise level?
A typical day
I love going on long and short walks and also running with dogs. I’m currently training for a half marathon so depending on the dog's exercise level I can take dogs on runs for short and long distances. I also love going to dog parks where dogs can get some interaction with other dogs! This would only be done with the owners ok!

I am currently getting my masters at UMKC! I have class Thursday, Friday, and Saturday but with that being said I have a lot of availability! Having just moved here, I want to get out of the house and get a feel for Kansas City!
