Pet care experience
I've been around dogs my entire life. As a child I grew up with various terrier breeds and labs. As an adult I've owned large breeds, mostly dobermans. I enjoy taking my dogs on walks and to the lake! I'm also a foster with the south Charlotte dog rescue, however my most recent foster I adopted because my husband and I fell in love and couldn't give her back. So now we are the proud owners of 2 sweet dobermans (5 yr old female and 1.5 year old male) both are friendly as can be! I hope they never figure out that they're too big to sit in my lap!

Ellie did a great job taking care of Brody. She always replied quickly, kept me updated with pictures and texts during Brody's stay, and made sure that all of Brody's needs were met. Her two dogs, Maverick and Reese, are really great too! Brody will be staying with Ellie again soon.
Ellie was great with our dog, Elkie.
Ellie and her family were SO accomodating for our dog Tripp. He can't be kenneled as he has anxiety so finding a sweet family for him to stay with was essential not only for him but for us as well. She treated him like one of her own dogs and we couldn't be more grateful to have found her.

I would like to know whether or not a dog is fully housetrained. Does your dog get along with other dogs? Is your dog crate trained? I only crate per owner request and have 2 large wire crates on site. Also where does your dog prefer to sleep at night (bed, couch, floor, crate?)
A typical day
I walk my dogs through my neighborhood walking trails we also enjoy a good game of fetch in the back yard and water hose chase!
