Pet care experience
I am going to Seminary to become a pastor and I would like to be a good shepherd to your pet. I recently dog sat for 2 senior dogs for the President of Thaddeus Stevens College and his wife, an Ivy League Professor of Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania. Check the reference. I spent a few months Pet/House Sitting for my brother and I and the dog enjoyed our time. I also dog-sat for 2 Seminary professors. Walking or letting out was always a part of my duties that I gladly wanted to help them with to provide good attention to the dog's health and emotions. The dogs all loved me and I loved them very much and would love to dog sit again.

We needed someone to come in and check on our cat, Lily, once a day while we were on vacation. Ellen came to our home ahead of time and met with Lily. While we were gone, Ellen saw Lily daily and spent time cuddling with her and playing with her. Ellen sent us pictures each day and updated us on how Lily was doing. When we returned Lily was so much more calm and relaxed than the times when we had left her alone. Ellen was kind and caring. We hadn't used Rover before and were a little nervous about having a stranger in our house but we found Ellen to be a trustworthy and honest person. We had no problems whatsoever. I would recommend her to anyone who wanted a caring caregiver for their pets. We will definitely call Ellen again.
Ellen was able to come over for a four day check-in stint and get pills into my 17yr old cat, Mandu, on relatively short notice, which was amazing! When she arrived for our initial meet and greet, I felt comfortable right away and was confident that she would be able to look after the Furface with no problems. Mandu gave her a little trouble, trying to hide from the inevitable pilling, but it didn't take Ellen long to get into the routine and get the pills in and down. Will definitely be contacting Ellen again when I need to head out of town. She was energetic, polite, and Mandu seemed well happy with her daily company! Thank you, Ellen! Nadine & Cat Mandu

Ellen was great! We had a brief meet and greet prior to our service, introducing her to our cats and our home. We felt comfortable immediately upon meeting her! We received a daily photo as promised, ensuring us that our fur babies were doing well. We returned home to clean liter boxes, feeders, etc. and our cats were great! We would definitely recommend Ellen and will use her services again!!
