Hello! I am a Veterinary Technician of 7 years, looking to take care of your dog(s) and cat(s) while you’re out and about. I’m looking forward to playing, walking, and cuddling your furbaby! I am capable of first aid and dealing with emergency situations should they arise. With my extensive knowledge on animals, I believe I am a great fit for you and your furbabies. I am able to do daily brushing for short and long haired dogs, nail trims, anal gland expressions, teeth brushing, as well as administering oral and injectable medications. Ellen is a fantastic pet sitter! She has taken care of several of our cats throughout many years. From feeding, ear cleaning, nail trimming- even brushing their fur, she will do it all. Ellen is also reliable, punctual and extremely organized. She gives us numerous notes, pics when checking on our furbabies. We highly recommend Ellen for your pet needs and so do Clover and Sarge, our spoiled rotten cats.
Ellen has a love for dogs and animals that goes beyond just caring for them in basic ways. She gets to know each animal she encounters and figures out how to get along with your pet or what specific needs your pet may need. Maybe a cuddle during a storm or the medications to keep your dog on track. She is extremely knowledgeable about animal health in general due to her veterinary background. if something were to God forbid happen to your animal while you were away I can guarantee it would be cured. Personally, I have a rather grouchy Australian Cattle Dog that doesn't like new people or other animals. I have personally seen her introduce both to my dog with success. I highly recommend Ellen for any and all pet needs. She not only has your back but, your pets which might as well be family.
Ellen is the truest dog person I've ever known!!! I don't think she's ever met a dog she didn't know! She always loves on my dogs and has great ideas/advice about caring for them. I usually call her when I have dog questions. I definitely trust her with my dogs. She's a devoted and loving dog mom. She's responsible and dependable. Stick with her and you can't go wrong!!
