Ellen stayed at our house with our fur babies and took very good care of them. She’s very dependable and communicates well and sent great pictures. She also took care of all our plants, the pool and our house. We will definitely use her again!

Very disappointed. Ellen seemed to do great with my dog, but took some major liberties in messing with my home. I just moved to town and most of my stuff is in boxes. Well she decided to unpack some of my boxes, rearrange my furniture, move my plants (including putting ones outside that can’t go outside), did my dirty laundry, and messes with my networking equipment, all without my consent. I came home to everything being completely moved. I am still finding things that have been placed all over my house. I don’t understand why anyone would be so inclined to touch all my personal belongings without my approval, including going through my private dirty laundry. I also found a cup full of water in my cabinet? Very upset with how this turned out. I feel like my privacy was completely invaded.
