Hi everyone!! My name is Ellen and I live in Waukee. I moved here from Chicago last July and have fallen in love with the state and people of Iowa! During the school year, I work at South Middle School as a Special Education associate. I graduated from Purdue University in May of 2015 and now in the midst of getting my Masters from Drake University. Since I have more free time in the summer when school is out, I figured I would continue doing my most favorite thing that I have done for the past two summers...TAKE CARE OF ANY AND ALL DOGS THAT NEED A LOVING CARETAKER! And any other animals that could use a little TLC :) I charge $20 per hour Monday-Friday and $25 per hour on Saturday and Sunday. That hour is packed with: play time, feeding, bathing if needed and, most importantly, FRESH AIR! I do my best to give my clients (the pups), at least 45 minutes of fresh air and exercise outside, if the weather permits. If it does not, I do my best to facilitate my own little workout with them inside, especially for those energetic puppies :) Below is my summer school schedule and the only prior commitments I have. Monday & Wednesday: Class from 4pm - 7pm Tuesday & Thursday: Class from 9am - 1pm I am willing to care for any breed of dog and as many as necessary! I will also commute to you.
