Ellen was excellent with Milo! She took great care of my pup, he had great energy on returning home. She kept me posted on how Milo was doing throughout my trip, which really put my mind at ease. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby!

This was the first time we've ever left our beloved pup Niko with a sitter who wasn't a close friend (e.g. whom she'd never met before) and our first experience using Rover.com. Being the overprotective doggie-parent that I am, and knowing that Niko is pretty attached and has separation anxiety, I was nervous about how things would go. But Ellen put me at ease very quickly by demonstrating that she is naturally good with dogs and experienced in caring for them (including administering medicine, etc). She was had no problem with me texting to check in on how my dog was doing and was communicative throughout my visit with lots of pictures and reassurance that Niko was settling right in. Ellen has two very cute dogs of her own who were quick to adjust to having another dog share their space. They were very inclusive of Niko and treated her like she was part of the family. She got to sleep up in/by the bedroom with the other dogs and even participated in their weekly ritual of inviting the dogs onto the bed for family time. Thank you Ellen for putting me at ease while I was enjoying my vacation time knowing my dog was in good hands!
