Ellen took such great care of our dog and she was very good at communicating with us and with providing updates on her drop-ins. Will definitely be using Ellen again!

I can not say enough good things about my pups stay with Ellen. I had to change my times quite a bit, but she was always incredibly accommodating and friendly about everything. She'd send pictures and videos throughout the day and keep me updated with everything. She mentioned to me that Lucy was her first overnight board appointment, but I certainly couldn't tell. She was so professional throughout this ordeal and this was my first time using Rover for anything so I was a bit nervous. My first experience could not have gone any better. It was difficult to get Lucy to her house because of my families time and schedule constraints, but she offered to transport Lucy herself to help us out, purely out of the generosity of her heart. If you want your pet to be truly loved for and played with, Ellen should be your clear-cut first choice. I know she will the person I contact whenever I need anyone in the Silver Spring area.
