*Now accepting bookings for summer drop in visits* I have experience taking care of dogs of most sizes! I also own a cat and am very comfortable taking care of them. I will give my full attention to your furbabies. Whether their needs are being super active, or sitting and getting love I am willing to do it! I am very active and will be able to keep up with your pets. As I work in a school, I will be off for the summer and looking for something I both love to do, and that will put gas in my car! Ellen kept up with us before during and after our trip. We had pictures of our pets, updates on their eating habits and when we returned the dogs were very happy to see us. We couldn’t have asked for better care.
Ellen has a gentle and calm presence, taking great care of dogs and cats. Not caring with for them with a sense of getting a job done, but caring for them with a love for them and a joy in their presence. On top of her love for dogs Ellen works with a responsibility towards the people who have hired her to do the job completely and well.
Ellen is both compassionate and gentle. I've watched her over the years with children and animals and have been impressed with her maturity and level of responsibility.

Please let me know how your dog reacts around other dogs and strangers, and if they have any special accommodations. I also like to know how well leash trained they are. *I will not accept booking with reactive dogs* *Not a dealbreaker, but please be honest about whether your pet is housetrained*
A typical day
I can adjust to whatever schedule your dog follows! I can provide potty breaks as frequently as needed. I will also play and cuddle with your fur baby whenever they want it. As an active person myself, I enjoy taking walks! Generally, I will take the pets on two walks a day. Since Texas summers are hot, I make sure to be mindful of air and sidewalk temperatures before going on a walk. I love to add variety in a walk; alternating between going at the dog's pace and letting them sniff around, walking, and occasional spurts of running (if your dog is up for it).

Availability
During the summer I have flexibility availability! You can refer to my calendar for my house-sitting availability. As for drop in visits, I am available seven days a week 11am-10pm. I look forward to meeting your pet's!
