Pet care experience
I’m a dog trainer, pet photographer, and owner of Point and Howl Dog Training LLC & Point and Howl Pet Portraiture LLC. I’ve been a volunteer with a number of rescue organizations in Arizona and Virginia. I offer private fostering and training to dogs that are looking for a new home. I’ve been closely working with animals since 2018, focusing mainly on canine behavior, training, enrichment and bettering relationships between owners and their dogs. I’m a dog trainer with very flexible schedule and owner of my two dog-related businesses. I choose my own schedule and my main focus of work is dogs. I have an appropriate and comfortable space for dogs in my home as well as a spacious, fenced in yard equipped with fitness and agility equipment. The area is treated with bacteria-killing solution weekly to ensure the safety of my client dogs. If your dog(s) need to be transported for any reason, my vehicle (2021 Subaru Outback) is equipped with crash tested kennels and I am comfortable picking up/dropping off your pet.

Ella was amazing! She wasn’t able to get ahold of me while she was having a difficult time getting my very stubborn dogs to go outside, but she didn’t give up and she was able to get them both out and made sure they went potty. My dogs are not used to people dropping in on them, so they were both scared and I could tell she understood that and was very patient with them. Very happy with her services!
Ella has been amazing with my pup. I’ve never used this service before, so I was weary, but she’s single handedly eased that feeling for me. She sends updates that give me a good laugh, and pictures that assure me my pup feels safe and comfortable with her. She’s also amazing with keeping his routine. I had some unforeseen circumstances arise and had to extend my trip, and when I reached out to her about booking her for longer, she was quick to respond, and thankfully she accepted which was a huge weight off my shoulders. If you’re looking for someone to love your animal as they would their own, I could not recommend Ella more. She’s amazing.
Ella did a wonderful job with our dog Wrigley! She was kind enough to go through some trick training with him as well as send us photos of her drop in visit! Will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you!
