Pet sitting, dog walking and more!
Pet care experience
I’ve always grown up with animals of all kinds, dogs large and small, cats, fish, and even a mouse! All with different needs, personalities, and preferences. I’ve always taken care of my own pets as well as friends and family pets. I like to think taking care of my parents 4 dogs and 5 cats, all with special diets and medications taught me a lot! Walking with, playing with, and cleaning up after the small zoo gave me well rounded experience!
Reviews
Ella was amazing with caring for my cat, Sophie. She was extremely attentive and I could tell Sophie was well taken care of. I also felt completely comfortable having Ella in my space to care for Sophie while I was away which allowed me to enjoy my vaca even more. Will definitely rebook with Ella in the future!
Ella is amazing!! I have never left my dog with anyone because she has some separation anxiety. As soon as we did our first meet and greet I knew Ella was the perfect fit! She sends updates and lets me know how she is doing throughout the day. We use her regularly and my dog mom heart can rest easy knowing she is in the best care! I’m so thankful I have found Ella. ?❤️
Ella is an amazing caregiver. At home Ella has 4 dogs and 5 cats, all rescue animals, so she has plenty of experience caring for animals. She is very kind and selfless. All the animals love her. She is very caring and will dedicate herself completely to make sure your animals are well taken care of. She is a super devoted animal lover.
I would highly recommend Ella as a dog-sitter and walker. Ella is extremely reliable, friendly, and professional. She has been my family's most dependable house sitter for years now, and I feel so much more at peace knowing that my two dogs and cat will be in great hands while I am out of town. Sometimes I begin to think my dogs are more excited to see her than me!

I don’t have a backyard at my place, but am conveniently located to parks and dog parks. I’m an experienced dog walker, and have worked with both anxious and/or energetic dogs, so have learned some good training methods to make the walk more enjoyable for your pet! Whether it’s run ins with other dogs, or pulling the leash, or overly friendly strangers, I will know a good way to keep your pet happy, calm, and wagging their tale! There’s no other furry friends in my apartment, but I have very attentive and animal loving roommates who will care for and love your animal while you’re away as much as I will. I’m flexible to meet any training, medicine, or food needs you’ve been working on. Whether that’s crate training etc., but am also more than happy to share my room and bed with your furry friend.

Information Ella M. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your pet has any special food or medicine needs, and they’re temperament. Whether they’re high energy and need lots of play time, or a little more mellow and shy and need space or more down time. It’s also helpful to know how your pet reacts to meeting other dogs and strangers. Each pet is very individual, some love other dogs and hate male strangers, some love males and are not into other dogs. Whatever it is I want to make sure I am sensitive to what your pet needs and how I can best make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and safe!
A typical day
I love going for morning walks daily around my neighborhood and to parks like Ina Coolbrith, Lafayette, Huntington Square. All very dog friendly parks so we would definitely spend some time hanging out at the park and meeting other dog friends. During the day there would be lots of pets and scratches and play time. Whatever your pets favorite game is, tug of war, fetch, you name it well play it! Around lunch we’d go for another walk/potty break, to enjoy some sunshine and get some energy out. And then around dog hour (5 pm) we’d head back to one of the parks to enjoy some time outdoors. If your furry friend is more shy, we’d go to Ina Coolbrith, it’s less busy and overwhelming, but still a good spot to roll around in the grass. If your pet loves playing with and meeting other dogs we would head to Lafayette or Huntington. On weekends we might even explore further, checking out the marina green, alta plaza, or washington square park, but only as far as they’re comfortable walking! Overall the days would be filled with play time, walking, scratches, food, and some treats and training if allowed!

I work full time at home most days and have a flexible schedule, so will be able to care for, walk, or stop by conveniently. I love to walk in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, so helping out with dog walks would fit seamlessly in! I’m around most weekends so would love to take care of any and all pets if you’re away for a trip.
